AGREEMENT
Article1.(Name of the Service)
The name of the service shall be "mevius-net" (hereinafter called "the Service")
Article2.(The Purpose of the Service)
The Service shall include sales of used cars, motorcycles and their parts by Mevius Co., Ltd., (hereinafter called "the Company") through the internet to corporations established outside Japan.
Article3.(The Qualification of a Member)
A Member refers to such a corporation, which is established outside Japan, has agreed to this agreement, applied for a member registration in accordance with the required procedures and was approved by the Company of its registration. Even after a member has been registered, however, the Company will cancel the registration at its discretion.
Article4.(Duties of a member)
1.The member should make use of the Service in accordance with this agreement.
2.The member, in making use of the Service, should refrain from doings, which would cause any inconvenience or disadvantage to third parties or from offending against good public manners.
Article5.(Scope of the Agreement)
This Agreement shall be applied to every relation between the Company and the Member When the Member make use of the Service.
Article6.(Change of the Agreement)
The Company reserves the right at its discretion to change the terms of the Agreement without a prior notice.
Article7.(Suspension or Cancellation of the Membership)
If the Member should have fallen into any of the cases as mentioned below, the Member shall be subject to suspension or cancellation of the Membership.
- (1) The Member's registration includes false statement.
- (2) The Member uses the Account for illegal purposes or make others use it illegally.
- (3) The Member obstructs the operation of the Service.
- (4) The Member does other doings which are against the Agreement.
Article8.(Indemnities)
The Member agrees that, the Member's security is not necessarily guaranteed to be safe even after the Member should have begun to make use of the Service after due procedures of securing the Member's Password. Also, the Company shall be immuned from any responsibility as to the probable loss which might be borne by the Member in connection with the use of the Service.
Article9.(Maintenance)
The Company, in order to keep the Service in good operation, can suspend or discontinue the execution of the Service without prior notice to the Member.
Article10.(Others)
For any conflict whatsoever which may happen between the Member and the Company as to the Agreement, the parties hereto agree that all the lawsuits hereunder shall be exclusively brought in the Kobe District Court of Japan.
